You will be able to apply some of the scaletone chords that you have learned so far in these jazz standard songs, pop songs and hymns. There are many ways of practicing this type of notation which professional musicians call "lead sheets". You will notice that there is only the melody and the corresponding chords on the lead sheets (sometimes there are lyrics too). This means that you have to fake or improvise the accompaniment on your left hand which I think is good because it gives you the freedom to do whatever you want on your left hand and be creative. You can play the chords on your left hand (while playing the melody on your right hand) or arpeggiate the chords or if you want, you can also use a left hand accompaniment pattern called the Root-Chord pattern or Chord-Root pattern or a combination of both.
